We use several leadership and development assessments to help students better understand their strengths, leadership style, and areas for growth.

There is no additional cost to applicants for these assessments. Trellis provides them as part of the admissions process.

What do I need to apply?

To complete your application, you’ll need an official or unofficial copy of your transcript and contact information for at least two references. Instead of submitting formal letters of recommendation, your references will receive a link to an online form that should take about 10–15 minutes to complete.

Do I need ministry experience to apply?

No. While ministry experience can be helpful, we're most interested in your calling, character, and desire to grow.

Is there a cost to apply?

Yes. There is a $20 application processing fee when you submit your application.

Do I pay for the assessments?

No. Assessments are provided by Trellis at no additional cost.

What is the interview like?

It's a conversation. We'll discuss your story, calling, ministry experience, goals, and answer any questions you have about the program.

How much time does the program require?

Students should expect to invest time in coursework, ministry training, mentoring, and leadership development throughout the program.
